UI Design - Update to Review and Confirm Screen for RTR Annual Filing

Policy has noted that the Annual Filing for the Registrar's Transparency Register does not require any additional data collection above and beyond the information that is currently in the update filing. However, they've flagged that clients may be unsure about why they are completing the filing and unaware of their obligation. They've recommended that we follow the approach used with the current BC Company Annual Report where a confirm statement is added, and clients must check a box to acknowledge the statement on the review page.

Wording suggested: "The company has taken reasonable steps to confirm that the information required to be maintained in it's transparency register is accurate, complete and update to date"

Wording to be added on the Annual Report version of the filing only.
