Auth Web: show incorporation number and provide link to business

_Per Jacqueline on Oct 8: "Staff indicated that adding incorp number and link to staff dashboard or replacing identifying number column is not for MVP (on staff cont authorization table)"._

The idea is to add a column to the staff dashboard reviews table to display the incorporation number of new continued in businesses, which could also be a link to their dashboard.

In this case, since the business has been continued in (ie, is past the review stage), another idea is to replace the Identifying Number column (which is no longer useful) with the incorporation number.
