PDF Gen - Add configs to PDFs for Continuation Out

We need to add configuration details for several PDF files that are currently missing configurations. The goal is to ensure that our PDF generation service can handle these files correctly by integrating the necessary configuration settings.

Configurations have been completed for:
- AGM Location Change
- Amalgamation Application

- [ ] Maybe need to confirm with Dylan whether any additional files need to be added or removed from the list. Also, may need to check with Dylan about any required changes or updates to the configuration field descriptions.
- [ ] If there are additional tasks related to individual configurations, cut separate tickets to address those.
