PDF Gen - Add configs to PDFs for Annual Report

We need to add configuration details for several PDF files that are currently missing configurations. The goal is to ensure that our PDF generation service can handle these files correctly by integrating the necessary configuration settings.

- AGM Location Change
- Amalgamation Application

Use the existing “AGM Location Change” and “Amalgamation Application” configurations as references, then identify the remaining Annual Report PDF files and their configuration entry points. Confirm the file list and field-description changes with Dylan before implementing; done means each agreed PDF has the required configuration and any separate follow-up work is ticketed.
