Staff Approval Review
- when staff review, including email box which allows staff to select a topic from the dropdown which pre-populates an editable email to the client. E.g. if additional information is needed staff would choose that topic and then customize as needed. All emails sent through the app would then show with a timestamp in a communication timeline. The communication timeline would also include emails the client sends back to BC Registries
