MHR PUBA & Correction Buttons Seem Unresponsive

A bug was recently reported by staff where amended badges would appear under status and location information would be missing, however it is only happening if the PUBA button is clicked more than once while waiting for the PUBA screens to load.

The UI should immediately show a loading icon or some other method to indicate to Staff that the button was clicked and they cannot double click the button.

Start by locating the PUBA and Correction button entry points and reproduce the issue by clicking PUBA twice while its screens load. The change is done when the UI immediately shows a loading state, prevents another click during loading, and amended badge and location information remain correct.
