Description
As a team discuss and implement the agreed upon best approach for adding new colours a few ideas
Replacing unused numbers in a semi consistent way (ie a dim yellow could replace yellow-200 if unused elsewhere)
Adding names to colours ie yellow-pending could be a new alpha
Adding names to bcGovColor
