UI Design - Delete SI

The Registrar's Transparency Register allows users to add, edit, or cease Significant Individuals. There is also a policy requirement that 6-7 years after an SI has been ceased the company deletes that SI from their registry.

Long Term Vision: It has been flagged that this could better be tackled as a batch job by BC Registries. BC Registries has similar batch jobs for involuntary dissolution where clients are advised prior to a dissolution taking place so they have time to take action if they wish to prevent that dissolution. The same could be done with deletion of Significant Individuals. This would reduce the number of actions required by client and improve their ability to be compliant. Unfortunately for go-live we are blocked because legislation clearly states that the company must perform the deletion.

- Design should be lightweight given that the long term vision is to update this process
- Design should allow deletion at any point in time (note, although legislation states that a user should be deleted 6-7 years after they have ceased policy has flagged scenarios where an SI is added in error and may be ceased and immediately deleted)
- If simple help text or warnings could improve the user experience they should be leveraged.

*Note, intention is to build this towards the end of the next PI if feasible, or at the start of the new year. However, this is high priority because policy has requested further information on how this will be handled for regulation drafting.
