Filings UI, Outputs: How to show name/NR for rejected application?

This was identified at the Sprint Demo on August 20, 2024.

Scenario: staff reject a continuation application that used a NR.

Questions:
- As the NR was not consumed, should it be "released" to be usable again (ie, for another continuation application)?
- What should the dashboard display? (see sample below)
- What should the MBR display? (see sample below)
- What should the continuation application display? (see sample below)
