UI Design - Changing Payment Method from PAD to EFT

For a user changing payment method from PAD to EFT

When there is no processing PAD transactions:
- On payment method page: user sees EFT selected
- On statement page: No amount owing
- Interim statement: Generated when switching

When there is processing PAD transactions:
- On payment method page: user sees EFT selected
- On statement page: No amount owing
- Interim statement: (question: generate after processing transaction is completed?)

If PAD transaction did not go through due to insufficient fund or other reasons
- The account will be suspended as PAD NSF
