Missing Error Message When Business Type and Size Are Empty During Save

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the Account Info page for an individual account.
Change the account type from Individual to Business.
Ensure Business Type and Business Size fields are left empty.
Click Save.
Expected Result:
Error messages stating "A business type is required" and "A business size is required" should be displayed.

Actual Result:
No error message is shown, and the changes are not saved
