Search - Si - N/A vs Company indicated no significant individuals

In BOR the new si column is supposed to indicate either N/A or "Company indicated no significant individuals" Add support for this TBD what the difference is.

Rules:

**Partners/proprietors** > show = no SI heading only partners or proprietor lists
**Company has indicated exemption status for SIs** > ~show = N/A~ show exempt
**Company has no SIs** > show = ~Company has indicated no significant individuals~ show nothing
**Company has SIs listed** > show = listing of all names under the SI heading
**Company has no SIs listed but still needs to file** > ~show = N/A~ show nothing
**Company has SI's but all are omitted and/or minors > ~show = N/A~ show not publicly available
**Company has SI's and one or more are omitted and/or minors > ~show = available SI's names but show nothing for SI's who are omitted or minors~ show = available SI's names and include a row stating not publicly available with a number count for the number not available
