UI Design - Updates to Jointly or In Concert

Updates are needed to jointly/in concert/ with associate.

Ministry of Finance has worked with their solicitor further and advised that when listing individuals you are working jointly/in concert/with associate with they could be any other SI listed for a company. Policy has advised there is no scenario where a free text option is needed. Updates to the component are required as the initial build only allowed selection of others who specified they were acting jointly/in concert.

From Policy: Samar, Chad, and I met with our solicitor Jake this morning and he confirmed that we are ok to remove the free text option for the “individual connection” name field, so that the user can only select the name of another listed SI.

~Policy has sought legal feedback and been advised that there are circumstances where a SI may list that they are acting in concert or jointly with another person who is not listed as an SI. The legal advise noted we still require the name, and the filing should allow inclusion of a name that is typed and not be restricted to the list of others who have noted they are operating jointly or in concert.~

~Scenario from policy:~

~For example, if Friend A and Friend B hold 15% of the shares for company 123 jointly, and Friend A holds 10% of the shares of company 123 as the sole registered owner, then Friend A would be listed as a significant individual, but Friend B would not be listed. When Friend A’s information is provided, and they show that they hold 15% of the shares jointly they would not be able to pick Friend B from the list as Friend B is not a significant individual. We would like to provide the opportunity to type in Friend B’s FULL name as part of the description of how Friend A is a significant individual.~

~**Solution:**
Make dropdown into a type to search dropdown. If the name is not in the dropdown user can hit enter or tab out of the field and the name saves as a chip in the same way as the pre-existing dropdown values does.~
