FAS - enhancement - chq has cleared

There are a few status's that are currently not being used in FAS, ie. Write off Requested, Write off Authorized and Write off Completed. Is it possible to relabel these and use them for this?
Negotiable and cleared are status's on the backend currently.

GIVEN I am staff and want to search for a chq that is cleared
THEN I am able to see the status of CLEARED in the STATUS column
WHEN I search by CLEARED I see all the cleared items.
