Issue with Corrections and Amendments when Location Type includes a PID

in Prod, when trying to amend or do a correction, even if we do not update the location, if the location includes a PID, the filing cannot be completed until we go to the location type and re-enter the PID (it shows in red like if it is missing). After re-entering the PID, we can complete the filing but the output shows the location amended or corrected.

In prod MHR 107028 - see screen shot. Note: I could not reproduce the issue in test as I did not have an MHR with a PID and I don't know if we have a test PID to use.
