Title Search - MHR Search (by Location)

**Meeting with Staff - June 4 2024**

**Objective:**
Before Staff register a new home, they need to verify that the home hasn't already been registered. Below is their current process:
- Receive a Land Title Document > Conduct an owner Search within the Manufactured Home Search > Compare owners between the search and Land title document > Open PDF home information and compare the land description from the PDF and Land title document.
If Staff find similarities, staff will not register the home and go back to the owners. If there are no similarities, staff will proceed with registering the home.

Preferred search method
- Would prefer to search by location type(and legal land description), serial number,

Possible solutions
- Could we have third option for staff only in the MHR Search Land Title Lookup (Location types, legal land description, civic address)
