AS a client
WHEN my request has already been auto-approved or auto-rejected
THEN I should not be able to edit my request
SO THAT another iteration does not need to be ran

AS a client
WHEN my request has already been auto-approved or auto-rejected
THEN I should not be able to cancel request
SO THAT name examiner doesnt approve/reject it accidently

**User Story #2**
AS a client
WHEN my name is auto-rejected
THEN I want to be notified
SO THAT submit/pay again for new name request

AS a client
WHEN my name is automatically examined
THEN I want to be given a time limit to reconsider/or change a name
SO THAT I dont incure costs on a new NR
