Description
**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the user makes any filing logged in as the user then the receipt is not showing up.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'dev.bcregistry.ca/business/auth/home/decide-business'
2. Login as Staff.
3. Complete any Filing.
4. Notice that the Receipt is missing from the list of outputs
