Description
There will be a new process for SBC to collect payments for residential exemptions. SBC does not process residential exemptions but they will start collecting the payments for it. A new eGarms code will be implemented for it (ticket #20867).
We need to layout the process with SBC and Staff and document it in the Procedures-Policy document.
