Search Significant Individuals (Public not logged in)

As a member of the public who is logged in to a BC Registries account
I want to be able to enter full or partial search terms (searching by company or person)
So that I can receive name, birth year and citizenship information from people listed as Significant Individuals in the Transparency Register

Notes:
- Obscured / omitted data should not appear in the public search. This includes individuals who have gone through the process to obscure/omit as well as individuals who have been deemed as "incapable of managing their own affairs" within the BTR filing
- Prevent access to historical certified transparency registry filings from the company dashboard filing history for the public.
- Do not allow access to any records until 90 days have passed.
