Job Aid and User Guide for Cancelling a Transport Permit

Registries Staff and Qualified Suppliers that are allowed to request Transport Permits will have the ability to cancel those permits as well. SBC staff should not be able to cancel a transport permit, rather, should be contacting Registries Staff to do so. User Guides and Job Aids will need to be created to provide step by step instructions.

Registries Staff:
Can cancel a permit on Any Home

Qualified Supplier:
Can only cancel a permit they they created

SBC Staff:
Cannot cancel a permit. Must contact Staff
