Issues that came up during testing:
1. QS were confused as to why the owner sections were separated within the form. Sometimes they didn't even realize there were more owners.
Questions:
- What is the reason for not having all owners in the same section?
- Why does one owner have an email address field and the other owner sections do not?
- why are the other owner sections laid out differently than the first owner section?
