Appointed directors doesn't show up while filing the AR

**Describe the bug**
When a user Appoints a new director in "Stand-alone Change Of directors" then the filling gets completed successfully and when the user tries to fill an "AR" then the Appointed directors doesn't show up.Basically there is a mismatch between Stand alone COD and the directors showing up in the AR Page

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://dev.bcregistry.ca/cooperatives/'
2. Click on 'Change Of Directors'
3. Appoint a new director
4. Complete the filing.
5.Then click on file now.
6.Scroll to directors and see the error

**Expected behavior**
The directors in the Dashboard page and AR page should match
