Significant Individual Profile

AS a Significant Individual for a BC Corporation
I want to be notified when I am added as a Significant Individual in the Transparency Register
SO that I can create a profile with required information or access an existing profile and verify the information in that profile is accurate

**Notes**
- It is likely that when additional log on methods are introduced lawyers may not be required to have clients enter using a profile. Lawyers would be identified by logging on with a Juricert credential
- the intention is that SI's who have been added would receive an email and be asked to verify with BCSC (plus a secondary option for those who are not eligible for BCSC)
- clients who have completed the filing on their own behalf (you can check a box saying as a logged on user you are an SI) will have already verified to access the system. If the SI who has logged on to the system to complete the filing logged on with BCSC or BCeID & 2FA & identity affidavit they should be considered verified and not asked to verify again
