UI Design - Option to print prior to submission

Given I am a company operating in BC
When I file my Transparency Register (Significant Individuals) before I hit submit I am prompted to be able to print
And then I can print a PDF output of all the data I have entered in the Transparency Register filing

*Intent: To provide a PDF that a client can obtain prior to submitting their transparency record so they can meet statutory requirements in retaining a copy. Note, initial intention was to have them use print screen but print screen can format oddly which may render some information unable to be viewed. Work to enable a print screen that is decently formatted would be close to or more than the work to produce this output that is available once, only during the submission.
