20.3 Classic Retrospective

Hi Team,
It was great meeting with team BTR at the retro with the team and it was awesome that we also had a great demo by Guna.

During the retro there were so many positives
What went well.
1. Flow of tickets
2. finished research with private corps on the standalone filing.
3. Tickets are smaller.
4. Support from Steve and team onboarding.
5. Started handling BA tickets in the BA board.
6. figured out some nice stuff for cypress.
7. organizing the board.
8. working with incoming PO.
9. flexibility around AA tickets
10. Team communication is strong.

What didn’t go well?
1. Remember holidays ( SM)
2. Grooming remaining significant individual change filing work ( Team BTR/ PO/ BA)

We achieve 100 percent story points and this was a very successful sprint.
