Erratum report - do this last

## Description -
Whenever a company is incorporated, continued in/out, amalgamated, dissolved or restored, a notice is published in the BC Gazette - the government's official publication. This is a legislative requirement. When a company was made historical and we need to put it back on the register, then we need to also publish this to the BC Gazette as well. These notices are called "erratums."

## Current Process
* Erratums are corrections to something that the Gazette has published.
* CPROD report runs to identify corrections that need to be posted to the gazette. This report sends an automated email informing staff of corrections that have been made that require an erratum
* When one is identified, then the staff will manually complete a word document and send it to the Gazette.

## Scope of this ticket
* Up till now, we have been leveraging the existing CPROD report and make sure that the report still runs, so staff staff receive the emails to their email inbox.
* Moving forward we need to find a replacement.

We could generate a new report, but there are some discussions happening right now where instead of publishing in the BC Gazette, we publish on our webpage somewhere. See notification RAID ticket 301 - I think.
