Description
**Describe the bug in current situation**
Ops team discovered that when an alteration filing was being done, a colin filing type code was coming across as NOALA or NOALR
THEY should both be coming across as NOALE.

**Impact of this bug**
A manual datafix has to be applied each type a company is altered. in january we have had over 10+ alteration filings, and its time consuming for Legacy Team to update this manually.
