Draft Updates for Form 38 - Service Provider

As part of the Qualified Supplier release a review of the Service Provider form should take place. Minimal changes are expected as this is still a manual process.

Sharon has asked if an email address can be added instead of mailed in applications so that other professionals can simply email the PDF to BCRegistries@gov.bc.ca with the subject line ‘MHR Qualified Supplier Application’.
