UI does not show the error messages coming from BE.

**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the user enters any wrong info while filing the AGM Extension for the second time like in case for example they select NO this is the first AGM extension even if they have one already filed then the BE throws an error where as the FE doesn't notify the user and nothing happens to the filing.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://dev.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/BC0871346/agm-extension'
2. Login with BCREGA001/98900001.
3. In the "Has the AGM Extension filed before " click NO
3. complete the filing and click on File and Pay
4. Observe that the BE throws an error "Fails to grant an extension"
5. UI does show the error message
