Reminder/Automation for PPR number sequence

- The PPR new registration number sequence uses seven digits followed by a letter. Once 1,000,000 is reached with one trailing letter the next alphabetic letter is used and the sequence re-starts at 1. Currently updates to number sequence require manual monitoring and update.

Options:
1. Automate the ability to change letter
2. Create a reminder (email to be sent to BC Registries generic inbox for IT Ops and Lab BA team) to advise of the required manual intervention. If manual processes are continued, the required update should be documented.
