Account Management Search by user

Many of the support staff such as BCOL Admin, BCOL Help would like to search accounts using the user's name.

Further details are needed, but assuming it would mean searching by:
- username (BCeID, IDIR)
- Profile first name
- Profile last name

The goal would be to search by user, then open the relevant account.

Includes effort needed to add the "Columns to Show" control
