Vue3 upgrade: update EditShareStructure.vue to get ShareStructure.vue working

**Description**:
For now some of the functions in ShareStructure.vue doesn't work, and it needs some update in EditShareStructure.vue to work.

In the dropdown bar works for `move up` and `move down`. But `add series` will request the update at `EditShareStructure.vue`, and 'remove' need some modifications too

And also `Change` or `Correct` button and `Add Share Class` button does not work, also request the update at `EditShareStructure.vue`.
