Delay of Dissolution - Staff Account

**GIVEN** a company is not in good standing
**AND** has missed filing the AR for two years in a row from anniversary date
**AND** a D1 Letter is issued
**WHEN** a company wants to delay their Involuntary Dissolution
**THEN** Staff can file a Delay of Dissolution for 6 month, 1 year, 2 years or select any date in the future (no limit)
**AND** there is no limit on the number of delays that staff can file.

Additional rule TBC by policy:
AND if If the client is requesting the first delay and the company is in D2*, an extra month is automatically added to the date of dissolution.
