Description
Hi Team BTR,
We concluded this retro with a positive outlook as we did achieve 100% and even had to pull extra tickets from the backlog.
As we reflected on this sprint progress with the team and on this project, we identified action points.
how we can get better and become a high performing team.

During the Retrospective Session we all agreed on the takeaways as an action point for the team .
I Like Positives?
• Flow of tickets
• Travis was super cool and fast to respond.
• sprint demo/dev demo/retro on the Tuesday
• quick PR reviews/updates
• Liked seeing our UI using styles from our other apps
• mapping out the rest of the PI re: tickets
I wish I wonder brainstorming & actions to take.
• Design and requirements earlier ready for the tickets ( PO, Scot)
• Focus on getting ahead 1-2 sprints in tickets (PO, SM)
• Take some time for the team to look at the long range (1 year) (PO, SM)
• individual dev tickets linked to a story or epic (PO, SM, Team)
• Be more specific about the scope of each dev ticket (i.e., what to be included) (PO, SM)
• Dev-test environnements (PO, Dev)
• Design and requirements earlier ready for the tickets (PO, UX)
• Always a design linked to UI tickets somehow, (PO,UX)
• All Tickets in Epics (PO)
• Define iterative goals for delivering value in each sprint. (PO, SM)
• Visual Designer (PO, Management), SM
• Define some of the Analytics on the BO Data ( Dev Team)
These action points and have been assign owners, as we
improve as a team and adapt. These suggestions are geared to improving our velocity and quality of work and measure its effects on our next iteration.
Thank you for being part of the journey so far.
I will appreciate any feedback and any other opinion that was not captured.
