Description
Publish _Terms of Use_ for BCROS data and link that into all the product responses.
- [ ] Publish the Terms of Use / Terms of Service to the bcregistry site
- [ ] Add the link to the Business Search responses
- [ ] Decide on when to implement for other services
- decide to add it now or wait for the pURL (permanent link service)
- [ ] Open tickets in other products to add the TOU/TOS
