BA Review - Updates to CMS for Qualified Supplier release of services

2-4 weeks after the Qualified Supplier account flow is launched, the first MHR transactions will be released to Qualified Suppliers. Updates will be required in two spots to advise of the new location for functionality:

1) https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/governments/organizational-structure/ministries-organizations/ministries/citizens-services/bc-registries-online-services
- This page states "If you already know what to do, go directly to BC Online". This should be updated to reference both the modern and legacy systems.

2) https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/housing-tenancy/owning-a-home/manufactured-home-registry
- Update available services in the 'Use BC Registries and Online Services' dropdown that displays below the fee schedule

Targeted transactions for launch:
MHR Registration (Manufacturer only)
MHR Transfer due to sale or gift and Transfer to surviving joint tenant(s) (Lawyers and Notaries only)
MHR Transport Permit (all users)
