Coop - Out of Order Filing

GIVEN that COD 1 was filed before COD2
THEN the output of COD 2 will reflect both changes of COD1 and COD2
AND the output at COD 1 will reflect only COD 1
AND once COD 2 is filed COD 1 will have a warning line that the information is no loger current
WHEN AR that predates both CODs is filed
THEN the system will pull Directors as of AGM date that user selected
AND will allow the completing party to submit appointment/cease/change of name or/and address at the AR Filing
AND the output will show the most recent list of directors with the list of directors from CODs below
AND a notation will be displayed on COD 1 & 2 that the Director list is no longer current.

COD = Change of Directors
AR = Annual Report (filing)
AGM date = Annual General Meeting date (within AR filing)
