Description
- [ ] A BC amalgamation may be comprised of any combination of one or more BC companies with one or more Foreign Companies.
- [ ] A BC Limited company and a BC Unlimited Liability Company can amalgamate to become a BC Limited Company.
- [ ] Amalgamations resulting in a BC Limited Company, Affects Regular, Vertical and Horizontal amalgamation forms and on-line transactions.
- [ ] NOA must not contain the Unlimited Liability Company statement referred to in Section 51.11.
- [ ] New name of the company cannot contain “Unlimited Liability Company", “Community Contribution Company” or its abbreviation “ULC" or “CCC”.
- [ ] A BC Company cannot amalgamate with an existing Unlimited Liability Company from Alberta, Nova Scotia, or the USA to form a BC Unlimited Liability Company.
- [ ] A BC Company cannot amalgamate with an existing Unlimited Liability Company from Alberta, Nova Scotia, or the USA to form a BC Limited Company.
- [ ] A BC Company cannot amalgamate with an existing foreign corporation to form a BC Unlimited Liability Company.
- [ ] A BC Company can amalgamate with an existing foreign corporation to form a BC Limited Company.
- [ ] A BC Limited Company and BC Community Contribution Company can amalgamate but must form a BC Community Contribution Company.
