Staff Users Constraints

- [ ] Staff would be able to file any amalgamation that could be filed by an end user.
- [ ] An amalgamation that is filed as part of Court Order with an Arrangement will be processed by staff only.
- [ ] When filed by Staff, we accept companies Not In Good Standing.
- [ ] If one of the amalgamating companies is a foreign corporation, the application must be submitted on paper.
- Staff only filing. Requires supporting documentation. Staff to confirm the documentation is in place before starting the filing.
- Consent from foreign jurisdiction, etc. Is the form clear enough to inform the client that they cannot file it?
- No, it is not. The form needs to have added clear instructions that if a foreign company is involved, including an EP (A type company), then that file needs to be submitted on paper, and be filed by Staff only.
