Description
- create significant individuals component (sidebar under current directors)
- includes collapsed and expanded states
- empty state should be used when there are no significant individuals
- add button instead of change
- display no significant individual text
To be confirmed what URL the 'change' and 'add' buttons launch. A separate ticket will cover these redirects.
