Error dialog not aligned with UX.

**Describe the bug in the current situation**
As per the new implementation, the NR is validated through Legal API, and if in any case the API fails to load the response it gives the correct error message but the dialog that displays it might not be as per the UI design.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://dev.create.business.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/registration-define-business?id=TbIO1voXqh&accountid=2079'
2. Login with BCREGA001/98900001
3. Search for 'NR 4251764'
4. Now on clicking 'Register the NR'
5. Block the API call "
https://legal-api-dev.apps.silver.devops.gov.bc.ca/api/v2/nameRequests/NR%204251764/validate?phone=&email="
6. Now on the UI observe that dialog.
