No Fee (Staff Payment)

Issue: For continuation of a notice of caution, the system seems to be set as a default of ‘No Fee’ in the Fees table, however the ‘No fee’ radio button isn’t default set by the system.

Expected result: ‘No Fee’ radio button should be already set as the default selection for all ‘no fee’ transactions.

So, when I filled in all the required information on the ‘Review and Confirm’ page for continuation of a notice of caution, I still got an error message as shown below:
