Forms Enhancements - Warehouser Affidavit

BCRS does not currently provide a Seizure and Sale by a Warehouser form on the BCROS website. The Commercial Liens Act will replace the Warehouse Lien Act, so no action should take place unless a request is directed to BCROS for a Seizure and Sale by Warehouser prior to the Commercial Liens Implementation.

Changes that would be required on the old form (no longer online with BCROS, but possible another site)
- all references in the Affidavit (including in the title) to "Warehouseman" need to be changed to "Warehouser" as per the terminology of the new Act; and
- The reference to "Warehouse Lien Act, 1979 RSBC Chapter 427" in para 4 is to be changed to the new version of Act being the "Warehouse Lien Act [RSBC 1996] CHAPTER 480".
- It would be helpful the update the Affidavit to match the styling of other BC Registries Forms
