Forms Updates for Form 62 MHR Notice Form

1. Review opportunities for updates to the staff use section. Sharon has noted: I don’t like the layout of the Staff use only section- this looks like something we would be typing in- and it looks like a form “section #” -rather than a staff use only area that is usually boxed and designated in an area to the side. Could it be shown as a box? We don’t type things in .. we attach barcode stickers to this section and handwrite things (if necessary) form the printed form. I am not sure why the “staff use only” section would not be the same no matter what form it was on- so it should be consistent no?
