_Note: The intent is to see if our changes are driving more use in the system by end users or service locations than we previously saw. I anticipate this to be a stat that slowly changes. When considering transactions this should exclude search. MHR transactions that could be completed by staff or other clients include: Request Transport Permit, Residential Exemption, Transfer due to Sale or Gift, Transfer to Surviving Joint Tenant(s), Initial Registration of a Manufactured Home._

Note: MHR Search was included within the 17848 ticket for PPR in the following two points:
