Complete historical searches in greenscreens and take screenshots for 18147

Staff can use greenscreens to complete a search on a MHR which will provide historical information. For instance, this search can allow staff to see all historical owners on a home. Please work to identify what types of historical information can be obtained and provide screenshots.

- is this just for ownership or does it include details like location?
- are there different searches for different historical data or just one?
- does staff ever issue a document for this historical information to clients?

Once complete information should be added into 18147 (or a requirements document can be created and linked in 18147)

Review the greenscreen historical searches for an MHR and issue 18147 first.
