MHR Fee Code Documentation

At the start of the MHR project a fee code document was created attempting to include all fee codes that are listed in regulations, and adding additional fee codes from the CMS site that didn't appear to be covered by the Regulations. Policy and staff review took place at that time. In a recent review of this document Kevin noted there would be value in adding another column into that spreadsheet and referencing what item in the fee schedule in the regulations the code lines up with.

Open the linked Google spreadsheet and review its fee-code rows against the fee schedule in the regulations referenced by the issue. Add a column identifying the corresponding regulation item for each code, using the existing document structure and terminology. Done means the relevant mappings are recorded consistently across the spreadsheet.
