CSR Coop: Past Filing (Rules)

GIVEN that a user has uploaded a document into RULES
AND the user came back to file a new special resolution
THEN the text would indicate that the document uploaded is from a past filing

It isn’t super obvious that the file showing up is the old Rules file. Could we add more text here? Perhaps add above the old file: “View the last uploaded Rules document below”.
