Requirements - Rules for Qualified Suppliers for Transfers

Transfers have been built for staff. Rules need to be identified for Qualified Suppliers who have access to Transfer:

Manufacturers - Initial Transfer only
Lawyers & Notaries / Service Providers - Transfer due to Sale or Gift and Transfer to Surviving Joint Tenant (some scenarios)

E.g. In staff requirements gathering we identified for Transfer to Surviving Joint Tenant if a business is part of the joint tenancy only staff can complete the transaction. These limitations are what we need to identify. Screenshots of how rules are handled in the legacy application (BCOL) would be valuable.
